The 2018 Libertarian Party of Colorado Convention was the annual convention for the Libertarian Party of Colorado. It was held on March 23 through March 25, 2018, at the Doubletree By Hilton in Thornton, Colorado.[1]

Overview

The convention consisted of amendment proposals to the bylaws and constitution of the Libertarian Party of Colorado. Delegates elected board officers for the positions of Vice Chair, Outreach Director, Records Director, Regions Director, Communications Director, Campaigns Director, Membership Director, Legislative Director, Treasurer, and Fundraising Director.[2]

Delegates also confirmed nominees to run as candidates of the Libertarian Party of Colorado in the 2018 US midterm elections.

The Libertarian Party of Colorado chose 34 convention delegates to represent the state of Colorado at the 2018 National Convention in New Orleans.[3]

Guest speakers at the convention included Larry Sharpe, LNC Chair Nicholas Sarwark,[4] and Senator Laura Ebke.[5]
