Christian Libertarian Review, also known as CLR, is the scholarly research journal of the Libertarian Christian Institute. Its purpose is to explore the intersection of libertarianism and Christianity through multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary academic research. The journal is open access under the Creative Commons BY-SA 4.0 license.[1]

History

CLR was founded in 2017 via the Libertarian Christian Institute by Jamin Hübner, Norman Horn, and Nick Gausling. The journal was loosely-modeled on Libertarian Papers. [1] [2]

Hübner served as the inaugural General Editor before resigning at the conclusion of Volume 3 in 2020. Horn became the new General Editor and launched the Volume 4 Call for Papers in 2023. [1]
