James "JJ" Jensen (October 30th, 1953-December 7th, 2022) was secretary for the Libertarian Party of Duval County circa 2007. He was born on October 30th, 1953 in Yellow Medicine County, Minnesota.
Jensen enlisted in the United States Navy in 1971 and served until his retirement in 1991. He was stationed in Scotland from 1976 to 1978, during which time he married Pamela Jensen.
Jensen was an active member of the Libertarian Party for most of his adult life. He attended local meetings in Duval County, Florida, state conventions, and national conventions. He was also an avid reader of the works of the great Austrian economists.
Jensen was a follower of Jesus Christ and attended church on Sundays. He passed away on December 7, 2022. He is survived by his wife, Pamela, of 47 years.
