Whitney Bilyeu was National Chair of the Libertarian Party from 2021 to 2022. Previously Region 7 Representative, she was selected by the LNC to serve as Chair on 12 July 2021, to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Joe Bishop-Henchman.

She is also Chair of the Libertarian Party of Texas, and a three-time candidate.
