Michael "Mike" Dixon is a libertarian political activist and former National Chair of the U.S. Libertarian Party. A management consultant, Dixon was elected to the position of national chair on the first ballot by delegates to the 2004 Libertarian National Convention in Atlanta.

Dixon had previously served as a member of the Libertarian National Committee (as an at-large member and as a regional representative) since 1998, and as chair of the Libertarian Party of Illinois from 1993 to 1994. Shortly after the resignation of Scott Kohlhaas, Dixon briefly took over as Executive Director for a short time in 2002 for the Libertarian Party of Illinois. Dixon currently lives in Charlotte, North Carolina; he is married and has a five-year-old son.
