Andrea Millen Rich (February 8, 1939—August 1, 2018) was a longtime Libertarian Party Activist. She was president of the Center for Independent Thought, former owner of Laissez Faire Books, and a past member of the Libertarian National Committee. She was the first Chair of the Libertarian Party of New York, serving from 1973 to 1974.
