Charles Test is a former party chair of the Libertarian Party of Minnesota (LPMN). Test served as party chair for three terms from 1995-2000. In 2018, Charles Test was awarded the Libertarian Legend Award. During his time as chair, Test also served as the editor of the Minnesota Libertarian newsletter.
