Patrick Mitchell is the chair of the Victoria County Libertarian Party. Before becoming chair, Patrick also served as vice-chair, secretary, and treasurer of the Victoria County LP. Patrick was also seated as a delegate at the 2020 Libertarian National Convention in Orlando.
