The '''Libertarian National Commitee''' controls and manages the affairs, properties, and funds of the national Libertarian Party.  It is comprised of the party officers, five at-large representatives elected every two years at the national convention, and a theoretical maximum of ten regional representatives.
*On 12 December 2006, [[LNC Region 4|Region 4]] representative [[Mark Bodenhausen]] was replaced by former congressman [[Bob Barr]]. 
*[[LNC Region 2|Region 2]] alternate [[Richard Burke]] was replaced by [[Mark Johnson]].   
*[[Bob Barr|Congressman Barr]] has, since declaring his desire to seek the presidential nomination, taken a leave of absence from his seat as [[LNC Region 4|region 4]] representative on the [[LNC]].  [[Stewart Flood]] has been serving as region 4's representative during this time.
