The following individuals are seeking the Libertarian Party of Colorado's nomination in the 2020 US General Election to be held on November 3, 2020. The Libertarian Party of Colorado will nominate statewide and federal candidates at the 2020 annual convention.

- Gaylon Kent, American Legion Post Commander. 2018 Libertarian nominee for US House Colorado District 3[2]
