Jeffrey "Jeff" Russell is a longtime Libertarian Party Activist. He was Chair of the Libertarian Party of New York from 2007 to 2008 and has held numerous other roles.

He was a delegate seated with the delegation of the Libertarian Party of New York for all the conventions between 1996 and 2018.
