Scott Cousland is a member of the Libertarian Association of Massachusetts, resident of Framingham, Massachusetts, and a Life Member of the national Libertarian Party since 1993. He identifies as a Libertarian anarchist/voluntaryist, a view he came to in 2019. He grew up in Millis, Massachusetts and joined the U.S. Army after graduating from high school, serving until the end of the first Iraqi War during which he was stationed at Fort Meade, Maryland.

Campaign Support


He supported Ron Paul for President in 2008, and Gary Johnson in 2012 & 2016.

Conventioneering

Scott opposed the national chairmanship race of then-Massachusetts' chair Elias Israel, choosing instead to suppport the candidacy of Geoff Neale, at the National Convention 2002.
