David Honish (January 9 1955-June 21, 2007) was a peace activist with the North Texas Veterans for Peace. He served in the Denton County Libertarian Party and was strongly motivated to act against the war in the Middle East and Iraq. He served as a nurse during the Vietnam War.
He was involved with his brother's effort to construct a large indoor shooting range in Roanoke, Texas.
He was murdered on the evening of 21 June 2007.
