Kirsten Milligan served as chair of the LPWV from its inception in August 2007 until April 2008. After stepping up to help spearhead the re-formation of the state party in May 2007, she served as acting chair until officers were officially elected under the newly implemented bylaws in August 2007, at which time she was elected to a two-year term as LPWV chair. She stepped down from her role in April 2008, at which time secretary Matt D. Harris stepped up to fill the role. Ms. Milligan currently serves as an at-large member of the LPWV Executive Committee.
