Colonel Edward Clark Mishou, Jr, USAF Retired (d. 2014) represented District 27 on the State Libertarian Executive Committee in Texas from 2010 to 2014 and served as a candidate for US Congress in 2010, helping to unseat Solomon Ortiz.
He was also active with The Commemorative Air Force, Air Force Association, and Quiet Birdmen.
He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1956 to 1983 and earned a master’s degree in management at the University of Northern Colorado in 1973.
