This infobox template is used for states.
Parameters
- Name
Name of the organization
- Logo
File name of logo (example: LPNY.png)
- State
The state
- Established
Date of establishment, such as an inaugural meeting
- Chartered
Date of charter (such as approval from state)
- Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer
Name of office holder
- Website, Facebook, Twitter, Meetup
URL of page without the "[" and "]"
Usage
