Terry Richard Hurst is the 2017 Libertarian Party of Virginia (LPVA) nominee for Virginia State Delegate, 89th District in Norfolk, Virginia. Education He is a graduate of Tidewater Community College with an Associate of Social Science degree (magna cum laude), and Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Psychology degree (Criminal Justice minor).
