William B. "Bill" McMillen is a Libertarian activist and political candidate. He currently serves as Secretary of the Capital District Libertarian Party.

McMillen was elected Chair of the Libertarian Party of New York in 1985. He later ran for U.S. Senate in 1988 and 1988. McMillen served as Treasurer of the LPNY from 2002—2003.
